AaryaDoc
The everyday difficulty

When your own documents do not agree

Most people carry the same few documents: an identity card, a tax card, a voter card, a land or property record. Sometimes two of them say the same thing in slightly different ways.

What people tell us

  • A name spelt two ways, or its words in a different order.
  • A date written differently, or a detail that is missing.
  • It often comes to light only when a service stops, at a counter, with others waiting.
  • Then the person has to find out where to go, travel to a larger place, and explain the same thing again at each office.
  • People help each other along the way and share what they know. That help matters, and a clear official path nearby could make it faster.
What matters most
How a difference came to be is not the question here. The question is how to settle it quickly, close to where people live, without anyone being blamed.

What this site proposes

A clear path from “I found a difference” to “my record is corrected”, using the points and messages that already exist, with a small redesign in a few places. And one small helper, AaryaDoc, that shows where two documents differ. The authorities decide everything.

What the authorities decide

Which documents and rules apply, who uses the helper, how long records are kept, and whether any step is adopted at all.
